MPC

Micha's PC Checker

Micha got tired of scripters ruining Roblox games and getting away with it.
So he built a tool that actually finds the evidence — even after they try to clean up.

What MPC does

Built to catch what basic
scanners miss.

Most cheats are designed to dodge simple process checkers. MPC digs deeper — registry records, memory, browser databases, clipboard history and more.

Live CPU & RAM graphs
Real-time graphs on the home screen, updating every second. You can watch CPU spike when a cheat is doing something in the background. RAM graph shows injected content building up in memory. Both track the last 60 seconds so you get context, not just a number.
🧠
Memory scanner
Reads the live memory of any running process — Roblox, or anything else. Looks for executor names, license keys, script strings. If it was injected and it's still running, it shows up here.
🔌
USB history
Windows keeps a permanent log of every USB device ever plugged in. MPC reads that — device name, serial ID, and the exact timestamp. Even if the drive is long gone.
📋
Clipboard scan
Windows saves clipboard history to disk. MPC scans it for cheat strings — executor names, Lua script prefixes, HWID strings. Easy to forget about, hard to fake-clear.
📂
Shellbag analyzer
Every time someone opens a folder in Windows Explorer, a registry entry is created. That entry stays even if the folder gets deleted. MPC reads these and flags anything matching known cheat paths.
📥
Browser downloads & history
Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Brave all store downloads in a local SQLite database. Clearing history in the browser doesn't touch it. MPC reads it directly and flags suspicious filenames and URLs.
🛡
Windows Defender log
Full history of everything Defender has ever quarantined or removed — including files that were "allowed" back by the user afterwards. That's a big one.
🖥
VM detection
Some players use virtual machines to hide from anticheat. MPC checks CPU flags, MAC address prefixes, driver names and registry keys that give VMs away.
🕐
Activity timeline
Pulls recent actions from multiple Windows sources — recently opened files, typed paths, run commands, UserAssist history. Shows what was happening before and after a gaming session.
How it actually works

The tactics we use

Cheats are getting better at hiding. MPC is built around the idea that no cleanup is perfect — there's always something left behind.

01
We dig into the registry
Shellbags, UserAssist, RunMRU and TypedPaths all record activity that sticks around long after files are deleted. These are read directly — no scan needed, instant results.
02
We scan live memory
Executors run inside process memory — no file on disk, no trace in the registry. MPC requests elevated memory access and scans for the strings executors leave behind while they're active.
03
We read browser databases directly
When someone clears their Chrome history, the actual database file doesn't get wiped — just marked. MPC reads these SQLite files directly, so history clears don't help.
04
We check the event log timing
Windows logs when the Security event log gets cleared (Event ID 1102). If that happened right before someone got reported, that's a major red flag. MPC cross-checks this automatically.
05
We're tracking new executors
The list of known executor names, memory strings and file patterns gets updated regularly. When a new executor gets spotted in the community — whether it's known or previously undetected — the detection patterns get updated. If you've come across something we don't catch, come to Discord.
06
Nothing leaves your PC
Every check runs 100% locally. No data is sent to any server unless you explicitly decide to submit a report. There's no telemetry, no analytics, no background uploads. Your machine, your data.

Planned
🔄

How often do we update? There's no fixed schedule. When a new executor gets spotted, when someone finds a false positive, when there's something genuinely worth adding — an update ships. Usually within a few days of finding it. Join the Discord to get notified and to tell us what we're missing.

The person behind it

One person.
A lot of scripters to catch.

😤
Why Micha built this
Watching scripters ruin games and walk away clean got old fast. Existing tools were either too surface-level or required way too much technical knowledge. MPC started as a personal tool and turned into something the community actually uses.
🔒
Your data stays on your PC
Nothing is sent anywhere without you actively choosing to submit a report. No background uploads, no analytics, no telemetry. The only thing MPC does is run checks locally and show you the results.
🤝
Built with community input
Every major feature — shellbags, clipboard scanning, USB logs — came from a real investigation where existing tools fell short. The community finds the gaps, and we fill them.
🆓
Free forever
MPC will never have a paid tier or a premium version. Catching cheaters shouldn't cost money. The tool is free, updates are free, support in Discord is free.

Solo developer. Built every part of MPC — the scanner, the UI, the detection logic, the website. All of it.

MPC started as something he used privately, then people started asking for it, and here we are.

Still a one-person project, but there's a whole Discord of people helping find gaps, testing updates and reporting what they come across in investigations. Come find him there if you've got questions, found a false positive, or spotted an executor we don't catch yet.

Coming in v1.2

Theme is yours to change.

The purple look is the default, but the whole colour scheme is swappable. Blue, pink, green, mono — all planned as one-click presets in v1.2. Right now you can preview them below. The app will remember your choice.

Purple is the default and matches the MPC brand. High contrast, easy to read in dark rooms, and the threat colours (red, amber, green) stand out clearly against it.
